Inquiry privacy

When you submit an inquiry, the Translational Medicine Organization (TMO) stores your name, email, school or organization, interests, message, and consent date to review and respond to your request.

Access and retention

Authorized TMO editors can view and download inquiries for follow-up. We keep inquiry records for up to 12 months, or remove them sooner when they are no longer needed. We do not sell your information.

Request removal

Use the student or partner inquiry form, choose “Remove my information”, and provide the email used for your original inquiry. TMO may contact you to verify the request before removing your records, including copies exported for follow-up.

Please do not include patient information or sensitive health details in an inquiry.
